My Fall 2oo9 Semester has finally wrapped up!  I had an interesting mix of marks this semester.  I got an A- in Intermediate Accounting, an A in tax accounting, and an A+ in management accounting.  I must say I am glad it’s the holiday season, I worked my butt off this semester.  Come January I am starting the CMA Accelerated program.  Oh and of course looking for a job.  Oh what fun!

Anyways, this is just a little update.  I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holiday Season and a great New Year!  Bring on 2010!

I’m so over today…

Thoughts:
I wish it was another day.

Work:
I start full-time work tomorrow. I think it will be a nice change from school.

Books:
On another note, I’m almost finished New Moon. The rainy weather has provided quite a bit of time for me to read. Also, rain chills me, to the bone and makes me sad. I’m cold alllllll day, it really sucks! Now if only I had a Jacob. Having a werewolf friend doesn’t sound so bad right about now. Seeing as though he runs a body temperature of 109. Talk about convenient heater huh? Ok, well that cheered me up a bit, I’m so addicted to Twilight. Anyways, moving away from imagination-land, I’m torn between who Bella should be with. I am heavily leaning toward Edward, but at the same time I feel bad for Jacob.

School:
ABC’s. Well not quite: I got all my marks back quite fast. Overall, for the whole year I got one A-, four A’s, and three A+’s. I am very proud of my work this year. I studied very hard (and I’m sure my friends and family can vouch for that!) and got great results. I am content with accounting, and I am excited to get my designation.

The working life…

I am working over the holidays, which I am sort of regretting now because getting up at 6am to trek into the core when it is still dark and below zero is not my cup of tea. I was pretty miserable this morning and wished I could have just stayed in bed!

With that said, I have 5 days off for the holidays starting tomorrow. I am really looking forward to it too! And no, not for the gifts, simply spending time with loved ones is my favorite part! I am looking forward to some turkey too! Michael and I are attending each others dinners, so we will probably be sick of turkey by the time the new year rolls around.  As for New Years, we are going to Narah’s New Year’s Bash.  And then, back to school…

I cannot believe one semester has passed! Roughly, only two more to go, woo hoo! This semester was somewhat easy; although, my next semester I have a full course load and two accounting classes. Oh joy!
